I've tried to buy premium but payment does not success and I received message from bank that I have been charged twice for this transaction, my account still in free plan.
I just had this happen to me as well. Interested in the replies. Sent an email to Spotify support still waiting on reply back.
I can not find official email support from my country, hope problem will be solved soon.
Same problem for me. GOT a failmessage and charged 5 times due to me trying again! Hope they will sort this out fast! Couse I need the money!
Also happened to me. Tried different browsers, ingocnito mode, different cards. Now I have 5 different pending charges on each card I tried.
