Upgraded from premium duo to premium family issue

Upgraded from premium duo to premium family issue

I just upgraded from Premium Duo to Premium Family in order to add my son to my account my daughter and I currently shared. My daughter no longer has access to the account. I have tried to troubleshoot this issue and the option to manage members is not available to me despite being the plan manager. How do I re-add my daughter to the account?

Hey @Reb_Mid,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Assuming you've properly upgraded your plan and everything was processed succesfully, could you please head to this page and sign out and back in to sync all your account details?

 

Once you've done that, you can follow these steps to invite your family members to your plan. If the issue persists, please give it a try through a different device and/or a different browser.

 

Lastly, your daughter most likely reverted back to the free plan when you changed plans, however, she should still be able to log into Spotify as usual. You should also be able to send her a new invite by following the instructions linker above 🙂
