 Upgraded to Family from Premium, still got charged for Premium as well as family

No record of my payment in my receipts on Spotify.

Payment made Feb 7th

Could you try checking out this support article for more info and the next steps to take? If that doesn't help, please also check if you received more than one confirmation email from Spotify.
