Upgraded now being charged twice

My Question or Issue

 I usually pay for Spotify premium through O2 who just add £9.99 to my bill per month. 

Ive just upgraded to family a week or two ago and Spotify have taken £15 directly from my bank but also O2 have still taken £10 off me.

csn I get this refunded as I’ve paid £25 for this month when it should just be the £15?
