My Question or Issue

So I upgraded for a 30 day free trial on Spotify through my iPhone. I thought it was going to be a trial for my current free account that I already have with Spotify. However, I guess it made a new account altogether, so now I have premium on my phone, but not on my account on my laptop (which has every song I've ever favorited since forever.) 

 

My question is, can I link these accounts since they are the same person?

I'd recommend  checking out this post on how to transfer all your playlists to your new account here.
