Upgraded to Family but can't get it working

Upgraded to Family but can't get it working

Hi, I have upgraded to Spotify Family. I have made the invitations and my family members receive the Email with code. When clicking on the link for accepting invitation or the link to enter code, I only come to the website asking if I want to update my account. It says my plan will be updated the 6th of January. Do I need to wait until then before the Family accounts starts working? /Fredrik

Hey @mrmantorp,

 

I'd recommend making sure that no account is logged in when your family members try to accept the invitiation. They'll then be prompted to log into their own account.
