Upgraded to Family from Premium. Want to make sure my Premium account is closed.

I joined my parents family plan from my Premium. I did the transfer as per the instructions however I want to make sure that I stop getting charged for Spotify Premium. Is there a way to confirm this? (I haven't been charged yet, just want to be proactive).

Hello @Roheezy,

 

Your Spotify has been updated to the family plan, your original premium would have been cancelled, meaning you will not be charged.

Glad to hear you are using premium - it is great isn't it!?

 

If you login to your account overview (https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/)

 

It should have a tick box and say 'Spotify Premium', what does it say undeith that?

Yeah I've been using Spotify Premium for almost a year now and I love it.

 

My account overview has always had a tick beside Spotify Premium. Just now it says it's part of a family subscription. Just wanted to confirm my original Spotify premium account isn't still active somehow.
