Upgraded to family- how do they get logged in?

I've upgraded to family and emailed all of them -when they follow the link, they are asked to log in, who do they log in as? If they try to log in as themselves, it says no account, if they log in under my account, then it's not them. Going round in circles ....

They can only accept the invites when they're all logged into their own accounts. If they don't have an account yet, they'll have to sign up at https://spotify.com/signup first.
