My Question or Issue

My premium subscription was going to expire in a few days so I upgraded to a family subscription now all my playlist have disappeared from before please help

Let's see what's going on.

Could you try a thorough reinstall of your Spotify app following these steps? Also, if possible, log on to the Spotify app on a different device to check if you're able to see your playlists there.
