Upgraded to premium family without my consent

Upgraded to premium family without my consent

I got an email saying that I was upgraded to premium family and that by billing would change to 14.99. But I didn’t actually approve this. I only want premium 9.99. This happen to anyone else???

It happened to me too!! I am tempted to cancel my suscription in full!!!!!!!!
