Upgraded wrong account.

I upgraded an account i dont use to premium on accident. I quickly cancelled it, but am still charged the $10. Any way to be refunded? I went ahead and upgraded the correct account to premium, but don't want to pay $20 for 2 minutes of an accident.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

yes, i'm just still confused becuase I can only log in with facebook for the account that I have saved all my playlists to. I've tried putting in passwords and they're wrong. I even changed my facebook password and tried to use that. It will still let me log in on that email with facebook though, so, I guess i'll have to always use that. I would just use the other account I created, but would lose all my playlists and artists! Oh well, your reply did help about the refund and that was the main thing I was worried about, so, thank you!
