Upgrading existing Premium Account to a Family Plan

My Question or Issue

 I currently have a premium plan but i’m Looking to upgrading this to a family plan to add some members of my family.

I have already prepaid for the year of my premium plan, as I’m trying to set up the Family package its advising it would start an additional charge at 14.99. Is there a way to have the price reduced to reflect this or refund the premium memberships cost for unused months as I join a family package?

Essentially paying for the months I’ve used, cancelling the premium plan so I can re-enroll with the family plan.

Please let me know if this is possible and if not, what my options are.
