Upgrading to duo premium plan

Hi I have just recently upgraded to the duo premium  plan however nothing is reflecting on my account in that I still can’t play songs off line and I have adverts- what do I need to do?

I recommend logging into https://spotify.com/account and checking if it shows your paid subscription there. If it does, you're likely logged into the wrong account within the app 🙂
