Upgrading to premium issue

On Desember 24, my Spotify has a deal of upgrading to premium for Rp 4990 (I am living in Indonesia). My account is not premium yet so I decided to buy it because it is cheap.

(My account and my paying method are already In Indonesia Country)

 

So I decided to buy it using a credit card (visa) and when I click the buy/start button it says "Payment failed. Try again, or use another payment method."

I try it again and again and it says the same thing.

 

Could anyone help me with this problem please?
