Trying to purchase premium, put in the details and click 'agree to pay', sends me back to the plan page and no payment is made out of my bank?

If you've used the PayPal account for Spotify Payments in the past, you won't be able to claim this intro offer.

I'd recommend using an alternate payment method 🙂
