My Question or Issue
The students offer on my mandate got declined so I tried to fix and update the payment details but when I set the mandate its of ₹139 when the students offer was of ₹59. Can I get any assistance of this ???

Can you let me know when you try to subscribe to Premium Student here, using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages you’re seeing. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Thanks for your post and for trying those steps. Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Also, please make sure that you have not exceeded the 4 year term, as your plan will automatically revert back to the standard Individual plan after non-renewal, or once you exceed your term limit. There’s more information about this here.

Hiya I'm trying to purchase the monthly student premium subscription of 69rs but when I go to pay it charges me 139rs as "maximum mandate"
Same issue. I used student premium for a year but I forgot to renew it. I verified my student ID again to get the same student premium plan but now it’s charging me 139 instead? How to fix this. My 4 year term is not over yet so why is it not working?
I had a 2-month free Spotify trial with ₹139 autopay. I cancelled it, then switched to the Student Plan ₹69. ₹69 got deducted and Premium works, but I still see ₹139 autopay active. Is it safe to cancel the ₹139 one without losing the Student Plan?

Thanks for your replies. The Premium Student subscription will start on the next billing date after you verify your student status using the confirmation sent to your email address.
Please make sure that you do verify your student status using your confirmation email and try following the same steps using an incognito window or another browser. If that still doesn’t work, you can always use another device (if possible).

Thanks for reaching out.
We'd recommend checking the Your plan section of your account page and making sure that it says Premium Student and that the next payment is at the reduced price.
Note that once verified with SheerID, you still need to activate the discount in your account, so if you haven't done that, the ₹139 charge is expected since your account is still on Premium Individual and you need to go through the steps described by @Billy-J above.
