Using Premium Account on 2 Android devices, only Shuffle Replay is offered like FREE Acc.

My Question or Issue

My Premium Account works proper in Windows App. Why does my Android Apps offer only Shuffle since several day, how could this be fxed. 

I tried:

deinstallation / installation

Log-off / Log-in

Turning the device off, make a new start

Could you send us screenshots of what you see when you open the app on your device and of your Now Playing screen? We'd love to take a closer look.

Are you able to tap on a song to play it or are you only given the green Shuffle button?  

If a family member or a friend has a Premium Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.

Can you make sure that you have the Shuffle option turned off in the app with the steps here? And then start playing the playlist by tapping a song in the playlist.

If the your issue persists, we'll need to see the screenshots I mentioned in my previous messages so that we'll be able to investigate further.
