Using Spotify in Albania

Hello.I am a student and i live in Albania.I know that Spotify isn't still available but i really want it and i have been using it when i have been in Turkey.I have a question!? I am willing to pay for spotify premium but i wanted to know if is any problem if my account is located in USA and i want to pay it with a Albanian Credit Card and use it permanently in Albania.I have some friends who wants to do this but we are afraid for a ban or something similar.
