Using free spotify through Rogers

Hey guys, signed a new phone contract and it comes with 6 months premium. I've used this before and am a current premium user, so it won't let me use the 6 months free again. If I delete my account and reopen it would it allow me to use that promo, or is there an easier way to do it. Thanks

Hey @Lpm111!

If Rogers provides you with 6 months of Premimum and you currently have an active subscription, the best thing to do here is cancel the subscription with these steps and then talk to Rogers to activate the 6 months once the account reverts to Free.
