Using spotify premium with Fido

I'm a Fido customer and the past two years I migrated my Spotify premium account to my Fido monthly plan. 

Since last month, my Fido account shows my account as premieum but I only get Spotify Free. I trued re-registering through Spotify.com but now I'm being charged twice. I would like to keep spotify with my monthly Fido plan. Please advise.

Hey @mamita514,

 

Looks like you're using two different accounts, one with Fido and another you're paying directly through Spotify.

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and delete your payment info.
 
Try to remember another email address of facebook account you might have used to link your Fido. Your subscription should read 'Your subscription is associated with our partner Fido'.
