There’s a Spotify ad for 60 day Valentine’s Day **bleep** trial. But nowhere can you redeem it. Huh?

Hey @Michaelkyoo!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If you haven't had a trial or a Premium subscription before, you'll be able to get this promotion with a valid credit card.

Let us know how it goes.

I have made a new account because I got locked out of my other account. I want to get the 7-day trial to see if the Premium is worth buying, but it will not show the screen to get it. I don’t know if it is because I have made a new account with the same number or what. I would like to know how to get the 7-day trial.

Same problem here, how do we know if the offer goes trough? Any notification?

Hey @Reneroblesm!

To confirm the offer went through, you can head to your Account's page, you'll find the billing date under Subscription.

@Aj08, the 7-day trial can only be activated if you're using a mobile device and you accept Spotify's T&Cs.

Cheers.

Does this offer apply to Canadians as well, as I have received multiple notifications that it is, yet when you click the offer it takes you to the 30 day free trial page.

Hey!

Thanks for replying again. I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion.

If you have subscribed to Premium, or have taken a trial/offer previously, you won't be eligible for the offer.

If the offer's available where you are, you should be able to redeem it here:
https://www.spotify.com/promo/valentines-day/

If you received the email about the offer, you can also click the 'Try Premium Free' button which shows in the email, to take you to the offer.

I hope this helps out 🙂

Yeah cheers for half hearted gift there, excuse the pun, so because I once had a 7 day trial, I can't receive a 60 day trial. Bit frustrating but hey ho cheers anyway.

Hey @Ticky990,

You should still be able to take the offer if you've only taken a 7-day trial. The 7-day trial requires no payment method, so shouldn't prevent you from getting this one.

If this is all you've had before and you're still having trouble, I'd recommend reaching out to Support via one of the below ways:

Contact form: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/spotifycares

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

tried this and only got a 30 day trial? now i cant get my 60 day trial 😞

Hey folks,

Thanks for reporting this. The 60-day Premium trial is solely for users who haven't had Premium before or registered their payment details. This also applies if you've had another account with Premium (excluding the 7-day trial). If you are eligible, and you received the email, open the link in an incognito window or another web browser and try again. Check out terms and conditions here

If that doesn't work, get back with screenshots on how it looks from the beginning and where you end up. Also add a +Vote if you haven't.

Thanks!
