If you're eligible for the 3-month trial, you'll normally see the offer by going to https://www.spotify.com/premium/, where you just need to click on 'Try free for 3 months' and follow the steps to apply the trial to your account. If you've gone over the steps to subscribe to the regular Premium though, you will no longer be eligible for the promo offer.

Note: In order to be eligible for any free trial offers, your account has to not have had Premium or other trials before. The same applies to the payment method used - if it's been used for a Premium subscription or a trial, it will invalidate any trial offers, even if the account in question is brand new.
