Visa prepaid card doesn't work

It won't accept the card, but the card works on other online providers. The card profile requires a space in the postal code and spotify's payment form doesn't allow a space in the postal code, which I believe is the issue

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I have tried all of those, as well as a with my home internet and a different phone and both 4G and LTE connections

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
