Vodafone Entertainment Pack Issues

My Question or Issue

I have cancelled my existing £9.99 premium subscription in order to take up the vodafone premium subscription as part of my mobile package, but each month on my renewal date the £9.99 subscription keeps reactivating itself and charging to my bank account, have checked with vodafone and everything is activated and set up correctly on their system, this is an issue with spotify side of things:
1) Why is this happening
2) How do I stop 9.99 being taking from my bank account despite cancelling
3) How do I get my money back for last 4 months
