Vodafone access

Hi,

 

I was previously a premium subscriber.  I have just got a new phone contract with Vodafone which includes 2 years subscription.  I have checked my account and the subscription is live.  However, i cannot access it using the android app?  It keeps asking me to "go premium".  Any suggestions?

 

Furthermore, I have lost all my old playlists?  I am logging on with the same credentials.

Hi there,

 

Issues with Spotify premium not appearing on your devices can usually be fixed by a reinstall of the app or logging out and back in again
