My wife and I each have a Premium plan provided via Vodafone. These plans expire at the end of January and at that time we would like to change our mobile phone provider and move our Spotify Accounts to a Premium Duo plan. I am aware that we can not move to the Duo plan until the current Vodafone Premium Plans expire. I understand that with 'normal' upgrades to Duo that we should both retain our separate Play Lists, even when we move to Duo. However, I am worried that once our Vodafone Premiums expire we will lose our Accounts (and Play Lists)? Once they have expired, will we be able to recover those same 2 accounts and playlists to combine them onto a New Duo Account?
Thanks in advance for any help....
Hey there @joldknow,
Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community.
Once your account's revert to our free version your account's will still have your playlists etc.. The only thing you have to do then is to Subscribe to the Premium Duo plan and invite the other account to get the Premium features again 🙂
You can read more about Premium Duo here.
