Wanna TURN OFF my credit card payment... ONLY prepaid cards! HOW?

So... I don't want to use my credit card (automatic payment) neither PayPal... ONLY prepaid card!!! The thing is that I already put the code of one (for one month), my account says PREMIUM, but it also says that I have a problem with the payment (Credit Card) and I can loose my subscription!!! HELP!

Welcome to the Community!

Before activating a Gift Card, it's best to remove your payment details first. Since they are still on your account if you don't cancel, you will keep getting the message that your payment failed 🙂

So just remove your payment details by canceling and you're good to go!
