My Question or Issue
I want to stop paying for the premium program which I do have access to but can't stop it because it is written I applied for the free one. Could you please help me ?

If you can't display your Premium subscription in your account page (Account overview > Your plan) despite successfully starting it, it might be that you're accessing the wrong Spotify account.
