Was able to subscribe in a 3 Month premium but was not able to enjoy its benefits.

Was able to subscribe in a 3 Month premium but was not able to enjoy its benefits.

  • I was in the middle of a one month premium plan, but another plan was offered which was a three month premium plan. I was able to subscribe in to the said premium and I was given a receipt through my email. The problem was, I was still subscribed in my past subscription (one month premium plan). I was shocked when my email told me that my subscription has ended and I need to update my payment details. I want to ask if what happened to the three month premium plan subscription? I updated my payment details today so basically I already paid twice. Any help? Thank you.

If you had signed up for a 30-day trial, you shouldn't have been eligible for the 3-month offer.

 

In this case, it's best for you to reach out to us on Twitter or Facebook with your account info.

 

They'll take a look at your account to see what's going on.
