Hey, @user-removed! Welcome to the community!

 

That's no good! This article has some great information and steps to follow just in case you may have a second account that also has a Premium plan associated with it! If this isn't the case, there is a link there to contact Customer Support as they will have the right tools to look into this further for you, but you can also contact them via this link as well!
