Wasn't given option to unsubscribe, ultimately charged

I went on my spotify app to unsubscribe from premium and the option was no longer there. I was charged and I wanted to stop it before I did.

The best way to unsubscribe is through your account on a PC browser. Fortunately, you can contact here, and hit I STILL NEED HELP and you will be contacted by the Spotify support. Hope this helps 🙂

Hey @Salmadarr23,

To cancel your subscription, you have to do it from a web browser. Here are the steps:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
4. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
5. Click YES, CANCEL. Your account page now shows the date you’ll return to the Free service. I hope you decide to upgrade again 🙂 !

Note: If you cancel the student discount, you won’t be able to apply it to another account until its 12-month verification period expires.

You can also cancel by completing this form and sending it to Spotify.
