We are getting charged when spotify came with our phones

Hi, we have been getting charged for $22 a month when we shouldn't be as spotify came with our phones. Would like this sorted asap. I cant find anywhere where i can ring anyone to help sort this issue out

That's not great let's try to find where these payments are coming from! Are you being billed by Spotify directly or your Mobile Network Supplier?

The two accounts are 021 2115 333 and 0276680949 - both of these are
getting charged and we shouldn't be as both of these should be free,
spoti9fy are charging us direct. I would really like to get this sorted.
