We have Duo but only one account seems to be premium as the other plays ads?

we have only set up the Duo but the other account is playing ads

In order for the two accounts to be on Premium Duo, the owner of the plan needs to invite the other user to join their plan by following the steps in this support article. Once the other user has followed the steps to accept the invite, they can start enjoying Premium on their own account.

In addition to this, keep in mind that if you're seeing ads on podcasts, this is expected. While Spotify doesn’t play or include ads that interrupt the listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcast creators may include third-party advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages in their episodes.

Hi, We have a premium duo account and only play music, yet we are still hearing ads.  Can you please help?
