6 Hours, still no email, still no fix or responce just the same cycle of

Yup, the same error I’m getting from past 10 hours.

Same error here. I messaged customer service, they got back to me telling me to make sure I had the right Spotify Premium. I emailed back confirming that I did and asked for an ETA.

 

Still nothing. 😞

Same thing with me. I'm already waiting for 11 hours and still no email and getting the same message whenever I try to redeem.
