What are the requirements to grant the Spotify support for Sri Lanka?

My Question or Issue

We desperately need the subscription of Spotify account in Sri Lanka and we are ready to pay for it. Is there any minimum artist base quantity or payment supporting special banking system? We have all the Google/ Netflix/ Amazon payment direct through standard local banks and credit cards. If you can gather the issues we can spread the topic to correct them. or involve with them. Please assist us with the issue.
