Thank you for the information, and sorry for the delay in response! Could you check your Receipts page to see if you only see one charge or two for this month?
If you don't see all the payments there, I'd recommend checking the status of the payments with your bank to see if they are pending. If the charges are pending, then you should be receiving the funds back automatically.
