I paid by credit card!!

Has the credit card been used for Spotify Subscriptions in the past (before you've claimed the offer)? Have you had Premium before?

No this was the first time an this is the second time they took before my 3 months is up!😡

I want be getting premium anymore 👎🏽

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a look backstage for you 🙂
