Me and my gf have premium family, never been any problems. Today were both back to free and spotify wants us to go premium even though we paid our bill just a couple of days ago.

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.
Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
Thanks for your answer but it didnt work. But I recently changed my email in my profile. Could this be the problem? Havent done anything Else since we started family account a couple of years ago.
And when you and your girlfriend check your account overview, what's the status in each one? Do you see any payment receipts?
