When I pay for Spotify Premium it doesn't show up that I'm premium

Hello.

 

I paid for Spotify Premium using PayPal - my e-mail is verified and all, everything's top notch.

Except that it doesn't show that I'm a premium member and on my app I'm still a basic member with no features.

When I paid for Spotify Premium a blank page showed up:

I don't know if this is normal or not but I hope someone can help me.

Hey @kryparro,
you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I didn't get any receipt on my e-mail, that's also a problem.

It didn't take any money off my credit card, so that's good, but I'm still buffeted over the fact that it won't let me purchase Premium.

Hey again @kryparro,

when you're not able to buy Premium from the website,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
