When will U.S. users get a music-only subscription tier?

Spotify premium individual, dual and family subscriptions in the U.S. and other regions have been converted into the music+audiobook "bundle" for which Spotify is now asking $16.99/mo. I never asked for 15 hours of audiobooks. Can we have the music-only tier back? Users weren't fully notified and, perhaps more importantly, Spotify claims this new "bundle" qualifies them to use a discounted rate for songwriters and publishers, which Billboard estimates will result in "$150 million less in U.S. mechanical royalties from premium, duo and family plans for the first 12 months that this is in effect, compared to what they would have earned if these three subscriptions were never bundled."
