Where is my 5 Liras?

why did you take 5 Liras from my account? Just i would try free trial but spotify took 5 liras three times. I want my money or membership

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Spotify subscription.

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this. You could've upgraded the wrong account which charged you for Premium, and you're using a free one.

If you only have one account that has never had Premium before, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to get the trial.

In this case, the payments should show as pending on your bank statement, and should go back to your bank account soon.
