Where's my Google Mini???

I re-signed up for Premium with the offer of receiving a free Google mini. But I haven't received that yet. It is the only reason I signed up again. If you can't send one, I want my money back for the previous months.

Can you let me know when you signed up for the Google Home Mini offer? If this was recently, can you send me a screenshot of where you saw the offer - and let me know which country you're in at the moment?

 

Let me know what plan you're trying to sign up for, and if you get any error messages, let me know.

I signed up back in October, I believe. It was before Christmas. I assumed
after the three months, I'd receive the mini. I believe I got an email from
spotify trying to get me back after I had canceled. I renewed because of
the discount and because of the mini. I'm in the United States. I currently
still have premium, so I'm not trying to sign up for a new plan.

Thanks for the details. 

The offer ended on December 31st, 2019. Registered users had to redeem the code sent to them by email until January 15th, 2020 to get their Google Home Mini.

 

So, at this point, there isn't anything that I can do or Spotify can do to help since it's past those dates. I'd recommend keeping an eye on the Google Store and Spotify.com for more great deals and promotional offers.

 

If you wish to cancel your Premium subscription, you can do this at any time by following these steps.

I never recieved an email from Spotify, so that isn't fair. The least you
could do is refund me for the three months i rejoined for. But you really
should give me the opportunity again by sending me that email and then
sending me a Google mini. That and the mini were the only reasons I signed
up again.

I'm sorry that you missed out on this offer, but surely there will be other promotions in the future. 

 

There's a certain process that needs to be followed in order to redeem the device and now that the offer has ended, this is no longer possible, even if you were eligible when you signed up for Premium at the time.
