Why am I being charged again

Why am I being charged again

I paid for my subscription on the first of march and now it’s saying my payment failed but it was already paid for on the 1st of march

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

There could be a couple of things causing this notification to appear. 

 

It could be that our system was not able to debit the subscription amount on the initial date, so it tried to do it automatically over the course of the next few days. You can check your account page > receipts to see exactly when the payment has gone through.

 

In situations like these it's best to contact your bank and check if everything is OK with you card and make sure there is sufficient funds on your account before the next billing date.
