Why am I being charged more???!!

Why am I being charged more???!!

I have a subscriber for some time now. I ordered the premium service and for MONTHS I have been charged $16+ instead of the advertised $9.99 a month. I am very unsatisfied and would like something to be done!

In this case, I'd recommend checking under 'Charged more than once in a month' section here. From there, you'll find an option to contact Customer Support.

Super late response but I haven’t found anyone else give a proper solution yet: I had been switched to the family plan after running out of time on the student plan. Had to go to account settings on my desktop to change the plan to regular premium. Hope this helps anyone searching in the future!

Thanks for posting here! 

 

The reason why you were charged more could be because:

  1. The Student discount has expired and hasn't been renewed so it reverted to the previous subscription plan you were on. Then, you should renew the discount. 
  2. Someone has gained access to your account and has changed the plan.
