Why am I seeing ads despite paying to not see them?

My Question or Issue

I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't have to deal with ads. So why is Drake being advertised on the cover of nearly every sponsored playlist, incliding playlists he isn't even in. If I continue seeing ads despite paying not to, I will unsubscribe.
