Why am I still getting ads when I have premium duo?

I've had Spotify Premium Duo for 1 month and didn't have ads until my subscription payment came out today. Both my partner and I are getting ads between songs now. These aren't the hardwired podcast ads. Neither of us listen to podcasts. It's the "Watch this short video to get 30 minutes of uninterrupted listening" ads. This is supposed to be an ad-free plan, so I'm not sure why we're continuing to get ads now.

Is it possible that your plans have reverted to the free experience? This can happen if you had a trial and you've cancelled the automatic subscription renewal, or your payment for the Duo plan has actually failed for some reason. You can always check the current status of your subscription from your account overview page.

my plan is the premium dual plan. I share it with my fiancé and I’m still giving ad. My payment didn’t fail and it still says I’m on premium duo. The only reason I paid for premium duo if so, I don’t have ads and interrupt my music do I need to go elsewhere
