Why are promotional offers being sent to ineligible accounts? Sick of liars and thieves.

Why are promotional offers being sent to ineligible accounts? Sick of liars and thieves.

3 months free was the promotion sent to MY SPECIFICALLY LOGGED IN ACCOUNT, but it charged me instantly. Upon having to research why this happened. It then tells me, "if I used a promotion before(over a year ago) I then can't use any promotion again."

 

IF IM NOT ELIGIBLE.. DONT SEND THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER TO MY LOGGED IN ACCOUNT!

 

Edit: Wow, look at this message board. Might want to change some things up. Talk about class-action waiting to happen.

Can you tell me where you got this offer? You're right, you shouldn't be getting this offer since you already have Premium.
