Why can't I add someone to my Duo account that lives with me?

I'm trying to add my wife to my duo account (she lives with me) but it's saying she can't be added to the account, and it say's 'You can'y join this plan. You can join someone else's plan again in 12 months'. Anyone know why this is? I'll just cancel my duo if it can't be fixed.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Each user can switch Premium Duo/Family plans every 12 months as a member. Since she's getting that error message, it means that she was part of at least two Premium Duo/Family plans and that the last time she switched was within the last 12 months.
