Why can't I pay annually for my Spotify subscription?

In Kenya, I'm on a family plan and noticed how in other countries you can pay annually for a discount. Why don't we get that option?

The availability of plans as well as the pricing can vary between countries/regions, so it's possible that you see some plans or offers that are available in one country but aren't in another.
