Why can't I play a previous song or repeat a song?

I just upgraded to premium and how is this not even a function yet? Especially when driving in the car, I'd love to be able to just click back easily and re-listen to a song or listen to a previous song. This seems very short-sighted and I'm pretty disappointed. I understand spotify seems to be mostly about music discovery, but this is such a simple thing that given the years it's been around, you'd think it would be a feature by now. 

Also, how is there no option to change your dislike to a like. I've accidentally done that several times at the gym and it's really frustrating. Again, pretty short-sighted, no?

I guess I'm used to having these features since I'm new to Spotify. I'm one of those people who used to like to have their own libraries of music and playlists, but I've jumped on the streaming bandwagon recently.
